With over 20 years of experience, this unit is responsible for the usability of production lines and devices and serves the power plant and manufacturing industries in matters related to installation, maintenance, service and usability. • Maintenance solutions for shutdown service, preventive maintenance, modernisation and corrective maintenance • As a new service, we offer observation and material flow research to improve the technical, production and quality levels of the factory. Emissions Control Smart VOC Incinerators Formia Smart VOC incinerator family is a very cost-effective solution for the treatment of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and odor control. Formia’s VOC treatment units are designed and manufactured to treat various types of emissions and concentrations. They require little space and are easy and fast to install at the use site. Formia’s VOC treatment solutions are especially suitable for the treatment of the emissions released in the processes of the pharmaceutical industry, electronic industry, paint shops or print shops. They are also suitable for the elimination of the unwanted odors produced by the pulp and paper industry and of carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulphide emissions by the chemical industry. Energy-efficient solution for emissions with lower VOC concentrations The tightening emission standards have already forced the most polluting factories and plants to solve their VOC emission problems with different thermal incinerators. Since the EU aims at cutting the VOC emissions in half by 2020, the standards will also be extended to lower VOC concentration levels. These emissions with lower solvent content do not contain enough energy to support independent burning. Therefore, support energy is needed which increases operational cost of the VOC treatment process. Formia Smart VOC incinerators are all designed to provide required lowering of emission levels at low operational cost, competitive pricing. Formia’s solutions are also easy to operate and they require minimal maintenance. . The solutions are based on over 20 years of catalyst technology and air purification know-how. Formia Smart VOC incinerators: • Formia Smart VOC LV is a very cost-efficient VOC purifier to process low concentrations (<0,5 g/Nm 3 ). This incinerator has very low usage costs as it concentrates the VOC gases before incinerating them in a catalyst. Processing capacity up to 30,000 m 3 /h in a 20’ freight container. • Formia Smart VOC TB meets the tightest emission standards and is designed to process in concentration range 0,5-7 g/Nm 3 . The TB model is competitively priced and it incinerates the VOCs very efficiently through direct catalytic combustion. Processing capacity up to 20,000 m 3 /h in a 20’ freight container • Formia Smart VOC RB is designed for special VOC treatment applications. It’s a very compact and efficient incinerator, using a rotating catalyst and an efficient heat exchanger. It is designed to operate in concentration range 0,6-8 g/Nm 3 and has very low operation costs.
